The Petrochemical Grade All Stainless Gauge is specified for refineries, gas processing plants, tank farms, and offshore platforms, environments where a gauge failure can mean a release of flammable or toxic fluid. The entire pressure boundary — socket, Bourdon tube, and tip — is made from 316L stainless steel, and the case, bezel, and internal parts are also stainless so the instrument resists corrosion from salt spray, hydrocarbon vapor, and cleaning chemicals.

The design follows a safety-pattern construction: a solid baffle wall separates the Bourdon tube from the dial window, a blow-out back releases pressure safely to the rear if a tube ruptures, and a laminated or shatterproof window prevents fragments from reaching the operator. Where sour gas containing hydrogen sulfide is present, materials and hardness limits can be controlled to support NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 requirements, and a positive material identification (PMI) record accompanies each order.

Assembly and welding of the socket and tube joint are carried out in our 100,000-level clean workshop by qualified operators, and every pressure boundary weld is leak-tested before the movement is fitted. Heat numbers of wetted materials, weld records, and calibration data are logged in our Advanced MES digital tracking system against each serial number, supporting the documentation packages that petrochemical owners and inspection bodies require.

Fill options include silicone oil for offshore and cold-climate sites and glycerin for standard installations, and dial sizes up to 160mm are offered for readability at distance on tall vessels and structures. Optional features such as a drying-out vent, adjustable pointer, and red-line markings help align the gauge with specific plant operating envelopes and instrument standards.
