Precision instrumentation engineered for membrane housing water pressure gauge applications
The Membrane Housing Water Pressure Gauge is the instrument found on the feed, interstage, and concentrate ports of industrial reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration skids. In these systems, differential pressure across a pressure vessel is the most direct indicator of membrane fouling. A rise of 10 to 15 percent above the startup value commonly triggers a cleaning. This requires gauges at each stage that read accurately, repeatably, and consistently in the same pressure band.
Industrial membranes operate between about 8 and 70 bar depending on brackish or seawater duty, so these gauges are offered in 0-16, 0-25, 0-40, and 0-100 bar ranges with 316L stainless wetted parts for high-chloride water. The dial is 63mm or 100mm and the case is glycerin filled to damp the pulsation of high-pressure plunger pumps. Back connection options let gauges sit flat against the skid frame.
Each gauge is assembled and calibrated in our 100,000-level clean workshop. Matched pairs can be supplied for differential measurement, calibrated against the same reference and recorded together in our Advanced MES digital tracking system so the error between feed and concentrate gauges is minimized and dP calculation is trustworthy.
Unlike a household RO gauge, which monitors a small booster pump, this model addresses plant-scale skids: stainless steel construction, high-pressure ranges, matched pair calibration, and a robust frame mount for operation 24 hours a day in water treatment plants, desalination units, and industrial process water systems.
