The Irrigation System Water Pressure Indicator serves growers, landscape contractors, and golf course managers, people who need a quick, intuitive pressure check in the field rather than a laboratory measurement. Drip lines typically operate at 0.8 to 1.5 bar, micro-sprinklers at 1 to 2.5 bar, and impact sprinklers at 2.5 to 4 bar. Pressure outside these bands means uneven watering, clogged emitters, or burst tubing, so a simple indicator can protect crops and save water.
The dial is printed with colored zones. Green marks the target band for drip or sprinkler operation, yellow marks a warning area where the filter may be clogging, and red marks overpressure that risks blowing fittings. Ranges are 0-4, 0-6, and 0-10 bar with psi scales, and the 40mm and 63mm cases are made from UV-stabilized polypropylene or ABS that will not chalk or crack under years of sun.
Every indicator is assembled in our 100,000-level clean workshop with a sealed movement to keep irrigation water, fertilizer, and dust out of the gears. Calibration and color-zone alignment results are stored in our Advanced MES digital tracking system against each serial number, supporting irrigation equipment brands that want consistent color bands across every unit shipped.
Different from municipal pipeline or industrial gauges, this indicator is designed for low cost and bulk supply: stable under sun, tolerant of dirty and fertilizer-laden water, and available with a threaded back connection or a barbed fitting that pushes directly into polyethylene tubing. It is the practical gauge for filter stations, pump skids, and pivot points in irrigated fields.
