Precision instrumentation engineered for pneumatic system air pressure gauge applications

The Pneumatic System Air Pressure Gauge is the small gauge found on regulators and manifolds across automated machinery. In pneumatic systems, cylinder force, valve response, and tool performance all depend on regulated air pressure at the machine, typically 4 to 7 bar. A technician who sets the regulator incorrectly can cause weak clamping, slow cycle times, or damaged tooling, so the gauge at the point of use needs to be clear and consistent.

The gauge is built in 40mm and 50mm cases with 0-10 bar and 0-16 bar ranges, and a dual scale showing bar and psi. A setpoint band printed in green marks the machine's intended operating pressure, while a red limit marks the maximum. The movement is dry, since pneumatic circuits already carry a fine oil mist from lubricators and the gauge should not be affected by liquid fill leakage in equipment that moves and vibrates.

Every gauge is assembled in our 100,000-level clean workshop with a brass Bourdon tube and cleaned internals so that no oil or debris can enter the compressed air stream. Setpoint band printing, range, and calibration are stored in our Advanced MES digital tracking system against each serial number, supporting machine builders who want identical bands on every unit shipped.

Different from a general air compressor gauge, which is a larger instrument for receivers and mains, this model is a compact point-of-use gauge for FRL units, valve islands, and machine panels. Back and bottom connections in 1/8 and 1/4 inch threads match standard pneumatic fittings, and a panel mount clamp is available for control cabinets.
