Laboratory Grade Small Diameter Gauge

The Laboratory Grade Small Diameter Gauge answers a very specific problem faced by laboratory equipment designers and researchers building custom apparatus: standard industrial gauge case sizes, typically 50mm and larger, simply do not fit onto the crowded service manifolds, small-scale reactor skids, and bench-top rigs common in research and analytical laboratory work. This gauge shrinks the case to as small as 27mm in diameter while retaining a legible, precisely calibrated dial, letting instrumentation fit into spaces a standard gauge never could.

Despite its compact footprint, the internal Bourdon tube and movement are manufactured to the same precision tolerances as our full-size laboratory instruments, since research applications frequently demand tighter accuracy than general industrial use — a titration rig or small-scale synthesis reactor often needs to confirm pressure within a narrow band that a coarse, low-cost miniature gauge cannot reliably provide. Every movement is individually calibrated rather than batch-sampled, given the tighter tolerance expectations of laboratory-grade instrumentation.

Production takes place in our 100,000-level clean workshop, where the miniaturized movement components are assembled under magnification to maintain consistent quality despite the reduced scale of every internal part. Calibration data for each compact unit is logged in our Advanced MES digital tracking system against its serial number, supporting the instrument traceability documentation that research laboratories and quality-controlled testing facilities frequently require.

Wetted materials are available in stainless steel or chemically resistant alternatives to suit corrosive laboratory media, and both threaded and barbed connection options are offered to interface directly with common laboratory tubing, fittings, and glassware adapters used across chemistry, materials science, and process research applications.
