The Corrosive Liquid Diaphragm Pressure Meter addresses a problem that ordinary gauges cannot solve: process liquids that solidify, crystallize, or thicken inside a small pressure port. Pulp stock, latex, resin, brine, sugar syrup, and mineral slurries can all block a standard 1/4-inch inlet, leaving the pointer frozen at the last value and giving operators a false sense of security. A large-area diaphragm seal presents a wide, smooth face to the media, so there is no narrow channel to plug.

The threaded lower housing is machined with a shallow, open cavity and smooth internal surfaces so solids cannot settle and packed material can be washed away. The diaphragm is typically stainless steel or Hastelloy for corrosive liquids, and can be coated with a PTFE or gold layer to prevent sticky media from adhering. The fill liquid is selected for viscosity and temperature so that response stays fast even when process fluid is cold and thick.

Production takes place in our 100,000-level clean workshop, where the sealed liquid system is vacuum-filled and every assembly is pressure-cycled to confirm the diaphragm returns cleanly to zero without sticking.
