A liquid-filled sensing bulb is installed directly in the process line or tank, connected by a flexible copper or stainless steel capillary to the square display head, which can be positioned up to several meters away on the control panel. As the bulb fluid expands and contracts with temperature, it drives the Bourdon-tube style movement behind the square dial with no electronics, no signal conversion, and no calibration drift from electrical interference — the reading is a direct mechanical translation of process temperature.

Dial faces are printed in our 100,000-level clean workshop to keep the scale free of the dust inclusions that dull lesser instruments over time, and every capillary is vacuum-filled and degassed before final assembly so the pointer sweeps smoothly with no hesitation or micro-jumps.
